I never, EVER thought I’d post progress photos, but you’ve all been so supportive and I always find them so motivating so I hope maybe this is motivating for someone else on their journey, or thinking about taking the plunge.
I’m not where I want to be yet, but I am where I need to be. This is 6 weeks into my #Fast800 journey, about 1st 7lbs down.
I’m not going to lie, I’ve been pretty strict - sticking to 800 cals a day, doing 16 hour fasts and avoiding snacks and booze. BUT I’ve also had some relaxed (even outrageous) days where I’ve drunk all the wine and eaten all the cheese.
The important thing is to just get back to it the next day, and it’s so easy on with this way of eating!
I’ve done every diet under the sun and never lasted on anything longer than 2 weeks. I’ve drunk cabbage soup, lived on raw food, tried shakes and juices and none of it works because none of it is sustainable.
So here I am. Halfway. Still chubby and jiggly and overweight, but enjoying life and food and excited for the future. So keep going angels! Don’t be ashamed. Love yourself and the kindness you are showing you body and your loved ones by regaining control of your health.
