Find a clean bottle or jar that you can seal. The contents are truly based on your own preferences. This is the time to do a little research. Choose your intention and research corresponding herbs, plants, crystals, or stones to place in your bottle. When you have decided, it is time to assemble your bottle. Place a spice, herb and a flower, a piece of paper with your positive intention, a crystal or stone and some salt into your bottle. You can wrap the outside of the bottle with coloured string or ribbon. Seal the top of the bottle with candle wax and leave it beside your bed or in a visible place in your 🏡.
