I don’t know about you but we eating good tonight 😂😂😂 I’m actually going to try cooking more couscous since the texture is kind of refreshing.

Guys it’s hard to really find an excuse not to move right now!! This is the most important time to move your body everyday and get fresh air every single day!! If nothing else shoot for 5000 steps and 20 minutes of fresh air.
We have time. You have time. Make the time. You will be so proud of yourself and feel so much better if you do. It all starts in your mind. Tell yourself you can. Tell yourself you will. Then write down your workout, put on your shoes and go. Something is always better than nothing so rather than judge before you start say it.. I am healthy and I’m grateful for my body today so I’m going to move it and take care of it today.
