Looking to switch it up? It’s nice to take a break from training the entire body and target the upper and lower body separately. Today we’re concentrating on the lower body, and this circuit reminded me that a focused workout can be just as exciting!
This workout calls for one set of medium dumbbells, but you can still get a lot out of it with just your bodyweight. Perform 10-12 reps of each exercise for 3 rounds, then round it out with a Tabata finisher for a burst of cardio.
