We are so excited to share this phenomenal transformation from Coach Michelle, @yourhealthyhedonista and her incredible client Kelli, @kellswill23. In just 5 months of doing, The Wonder Women Transformation program Kelli has grown. Not only has she lost 32lbs but she went from being able to not do a single pull-up to being able to do 4! She went from no hip thrusts to being able to hip thrust 265lbs! Kelli was able to achieve this eating 5 balanced meals a day and using great programming in the gym.
