Be mentally stronger than how you physically feel! So many times when I’m working out I literally will say out loud “this f***ing sucks!” Or “this burns like hell!” Even though I recognized the pain, the burn and how tired I am I have to mentally overcome how physically I might be feeling. So as I’m saying these things out loud in my mind I’m say “Michelle, this pain is temporary!” Or “Michelle, you have one more set let’s go!” I mentally push myself to block out and overcome the physical challenges that are in front of me. Mind or matter. If you can train your mind that it’s not that bad, it’s almost over or you got this then you can power through anything! Get your mind right and everything else becomes sooo much easier!
